By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. General Usage

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Planet Cloud - Ltd.

2. Virtual Currency ("Stars")

The Service uses a virtual currency known as "Stars" to access cloud gaming sessions.

  • Acquisition: Stars can be purchased directly through the App (via Google Play billing) or earned by voluntarily watching advertisements.
  • No Monetary Value: Stars have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other user accounts, or used outside of the Planet Cloud Gaming application.
  • Expiration: We reserve the right to expire unused Stars if an account remains inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases of Stars are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our Service, which involves the immediate allocation and consumption of real-time cloud computing resources (server time, GPU usage, bandwidth), we cannot offer refunds once Stars have been purchased or redeemed for gaming time. This policy applies regardless of your satisfaction with the game performance, your internet connection quality, or device compatibility.

By purchasing Stars, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The digital content (Stars) is provided immediately upon purchase.
  • You waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that might otherwise apply to digital goods, as the service (cloud resource allocation) begins immediately.
  • We are not responsible for accidental purchases or purchases made by minors without permission.

4. Service Availability & Performance

Planet Cloud - Ltd. is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. However, cloud gaming relies heavily on your internet connection and proximity to our servers.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Planet Cloud - Ltd. will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Planet Cloud - Ltd. cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

5. Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
