Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Planet Cloud Gaming, we strive to provide a seamless high-performance cloud gaming experience. However, as we deal with digital goods (Time-Credits/Coins) and real-time server infrastructure, strictly the following refund policy applies.
1. Non-Refundable Credits
Credits (Coins/Stars) once purchased and used for consuming server time are strictly non-refundable.
Our service operates on a "Pay-As-You-Go" model. When you start a gaming session, you are renting physical hardware (Server/GPU) in real-time. Since these resources are consumed immediately, we cannot reverse or refund the cost of time already spent playing.
2. Refunds for Technical Errors
However, we protect our users in cases of payment failures.
If a technical error prevents credit delivery (e.g., money is deducted from your bank account but Coins are not added to your App Wallet), a full refund will be issued to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
If you face such an issue, please contact support immediately with your Transaction ID.
3. Cancellations
Since there are no recurring subscriptions (auto-debit), there is no need to "cancel" any plan. You simply purchase credits when you want to play. You can stop using the service at any time without penalty.
